Step 1: Access the Data Lifecycle page

First, access the Data Lifecycle page. This is where you manage policies and track lifecycle activities.

1. In the Patient Study Directory, select Settings.
2. Under Devices, select Data Lifecycle. Your user account must have the LifecycleManagement privilege in order to access this page.
3. The Data Lifecycle page contains three areas:
   • Lifecycles Contains a list of recent activities related to the execution of data lifecycle policies.
   • Policies Contains a list of all existing data lifecycle policies.
   • Endpoints Contains a list of non-DICOM endpoints (storage tiers and data pickup folders) that can be used for data lifecycle management.
